Everything between the first measurement and the handed-back keys: consultation, 2D layouts, 3D visualization, material selection, civil changes, false ceiling and lighting, electrical and plumbing coordination, furniture manufacturing, installation, painting, supervision, snagging and the final clean. If it is inside the scope you approved, it is ours to deliver.

Accountability. With separate parties, a defect becomes an argument — the designer blames the contractor, the contractor blames the drawing, and you are in the middle of it. With one studio holding both, there is nobody to blame but us, which is precisely the point.

Very little, and all of it at the front. Give us the brief and the budget, approve the layout, approve the 3D, choose the materials from the options we put in your hand, and release payments at the agreed stages. After that you read a daily report and walk the site whenever you feel like it.

We issue a line-by-line quotation against the approved scope, so you can see what every element costs rather than a single lump sum. The number changes only if you change the scope — and any such change is priced and approved in writing before the work is done.

Yes. Renovations are often the better test of a turnkey team, because you are working around existing services, unknown wall conditions and a family who still needs a working kitchen. We phase the work, survey what is really behind the plaster, and tell you early what cannot be saved.
