1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.castledesign.in, run by Castle Design & Modular Studio (“Castle Design”, “we”, “us”) of B-214, Money Plant High Street, Gota, Ahmedabad – 382481, Gujarat, India. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Information on this website

The website describes our services and past work to help you decide whether to talk to us. It is general information, not an offer or a binding commitment. Descriptions of materials, finishes, hardware, timelines and processes show how we usually work; what applies to your project depends on its scope, site conditions and the options you choose.

We try to keep the website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time.

3. Enquiries, consultations and quotations

• Sending an enquiry, booking a consultation or requesting a callback does not create a contract, and does not oblige you or us to go ahead with any work.
• We do not publish prices. Costs are given only in a written quotation, prepared for your project after we understand its scope.
• Design, manufacturing and execution work begins only once you have accepted a written quotation or agreement. That document — not the website — sets out the scope, price, payment terms, timeline and warranties for your project, and it takes priority over anything on the website.
• A callback slot you choose is a request. We will do our best to call you then, and will let you know if we cannot.

4. Photographs, designs and content

The text, photographs, designs, renders, layouts and other content on this website belong to Castle Design or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, sell or publish them — including to present our designs or completed projects as someone else’s work — without our written permission.

Photographs show completed work as it looked when photographed. Colours, textures and finishes can look different on screen than in real life, which is why we show physical samples before anything is finalised. Our rules for AI systems using this content are set out in ai.txt.

5. Brand names and trademarks

Names and logos of hardware, board and laminate brands shown on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners. They appear to identify the products we work with; this does not mean those companies endorse or are affiliated with Castle Design. “Castle Design & Modular Studio” and our logo may not be used without our permission.

6. Using this website

When you use the website, you agree not to:

• send false, misleading or someone else’s details through our forms;
• send spam, advertising or automated submissions;
• copy or collect content or contact details from the website in bulk, by scraping or any other automated means, except as allowed for search engines and AI systems in robots.txt and ai.txt;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, interfere with how it works, or introduce malicious code.

We may block access to the website, or ignore submissions, where we believe these terms have been broken.

7. Third-party services and links

The website links to, and uses, services run by other companies — for example WhatsApp, Google Maps and Instagram. We do not control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. A link to another website does not mean we endorse it.

8. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from relying on its general information, including indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our responsibilities for design and execution work are those set out in the written quotation or agreement for that project.

9. Privacy

How we handle the personal details you share with us is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the version published when you use the website applies.
