2D layout
planning.

Drawings are where a design stops being an opinion. Every dimension, every switch, every ceiling drop — fixed on paper, so nobody on site has to guess.

Turnkey — 2D Drawings

The site does not build
a render. It builds this.

Across ten years and 500-plus projects in Ahmedabad, almost every problem we have seen on a site traced back to the same thing: a decision that was never drawn. So we draw all of them.

Furniture positions, unit widths, shutter divisions, plinth heights, ceiling drops, socket centres, tap centres, tile start-lines. Each sheet carries dimensions, a title block and a revision number, and the carpenter on site works from the same sheet the factory does.

Scope

Everything a drawing
has to settle.

If it is not on a sheet, it will be improvised on site — and improvisation is the most expensive material in interiors.

  • Dimensioned floor plan with clear circulation widths
  • Furniture layout with real product footprints
  • Carcass sizes, shutter splits & handle positions
  • Reflected ceiling plan with light & diffuser positions
  • Switch, socket, data & TV point drawing
  • Plumbing inlet, outlet & drain point drawing
  • Tile setting-out, joint lines & skirting details
  • Wall elevations for panelling, TV walls & headboards
  • Section details for tricky junctions & profiles
  • Revision log so the site always knows the current sheet

Coordination

One layout, and every
trade reads from it.

The kitchen is where uncoordinated drawings show up fastest. A chimney point too low, a hob socket behind a drawer bank, a water inlet that lands inside a carcass panel.

We resolve those on the sheet. Appliance cut-outs, service points, tile start-lines and carcass modules are drawn together and checked against each other, so the electrician, the plumber, the mason and the factory are all working to one agreed set of numbers.

  • Appliance & cut-out coordination
  • Service points behind units
  • Counter & splashback heights
  • Module-to-tile alignment
  • Ceiling drops vs tall units
  • Issued-for-production sign-off

Questions

About the
drawing set.

What you get, who can build from it, and how revisions are handled. If you want to see a sample sheet before committing, ask — we will show you one.

A general furniture layout, a floor and skirting plan, a false-ceiling plan with drop levels, an electrical point and switching plan, a plumbing point drawing for wet areas, and internal elevations for every unit. Each is dimensioned, titled and revision-numbered.

Because conduit is buried in the wall and cannot be argued with later. The point drawing is what stops a bedside socket ending up behind a headboard, or a TV point three feet from where the console actually sits. It follows the furniture layout, not the builder’s original wiring.

Yes. They are drawn to be read by a carpenter, an electrician and a tile mason without us standing there — that is the whole test of a good working drawing. Most clients still ask us to execute, because a drawing cannot supervise itself.

Layout revisions are expected and welcome — this is the cheapest possible moment to change your mind. We agree a revision count in the scope of work, and anything beyond it is billed transparently rather than absorbed quietly into the project.

They usually do, by a few millimetres. Every drawing is re-verified against the site after civil work is complete and before manufacturing begins, and the corrected dimensions become the issued-for- production set. Nothing is cut off a pre-civil measurement.
