In an apartment you cannot move a wall outwards. So the design has to work harder: sightlines that make rooms read bigger, storage folded into the structure, and lighting that separates one zone from the next without a single partition.

We begin with a measured site survey — beams, shafts, ceiling heights, window positions and the way daylight actually moves through the flat. Only then does planning start. The result is an apartment that feels generous and calm, and stays that way once real life moves in.

Apartments take a beating — humidity off the kitchen, sun on the west wall, doors opened ten times a day. We specify for that, not for the photograph.

Marine-grade ply and BWR cores where water is a risk, HDHMR for shutters that must stay flat, branded soft-close hardware, and PU or acrylic finishes matched to how much wear each surface will actually see. Every choice is put in your hands physically before it is ordered.

It depends on carpet area, how much modular work is involved and the finish level you choose. After the consultation we issue a line-by-line quotation covering design, materials, manufacturing and execution, fixed against the approved scope — so the number you sign is the number you pay.

About 60–90 days on site once the design and materials are signed off. Design and 3D visualization usually add two to three weeks before that. We commit to a dated schedule at the approval stage and manage the site against it.

Yes. We phase the work room by room, seal off active zones with dust barriers, keep noisy tasks inside society-permitted hours and clean the site down at the end of each day. We also handle the society NOC, gate passes and lift-protection formalities for you.

Yes — apartment work is delivered turnkey. False ceiling, lighting layouts, electrical points, plumbing shifts, civil changes, modular manufacturing and installation all sit with one studio and one project manager, so nothing falls between vendors.

That is exactly where we start. We survey the flat, mark the structural walls, beams, shafts and the real ceiling heights, then plan around them — freeing up circulation and storage without touching anything the structure depends on.
