In the workshop. Carcasses, shutters and panels are cut, banded and finished off site, then delivered and installed. On-site work is limited to fixing, levelling, scribing to an out-of-true wall and the final hardware adjustment — the noisy, dusty half of the job never enters your home.

A panel saw holds the board flat and cuts it square, repeatably, to the millimetre. A hand-held circular saw on a trestle cannot. That accuracy is what makes shutters sit in a line, gaps stay even across a wardrobe run, and drawers close without a fight three years later.

It is the sealed strip applied to the raw cut edge of a board. Applied by machine under heat and pressure, it bonds flush and keeps moisture out of the core — the single biggest reason furniture swells and peels in a humid Ahmedabad monsoon. Hand-pasted edges lift; machine-pressed edges do not.

Factory-finished, wherever the finish allows it. PU, acrylic and laminate shutters are pressed or sprayed in controlled conditions and cured before they are packed. Site spraying is a last resort, because dust in the air is dust in the finish, permanently.

Every unit is dry-assembled and inspected: carcass squareness, shutter alignment and gaps, edge-band bond, hinge and channel operation, finish under raking light, and hardware against the approved make. A unit that fails is corrected in the workshop, not apologised for in your living room.

Each piece is corner-guarded, wrapped and labelled to its room and its position on the drawing, so it is carried in once and installed where it belongs. Finished surfaces stay covered on site while other trades are still working around them.
